Genuine equipment and parts
Product straight from the manufacturer's line, genuine rather than equivalent spare parts, and lifetime supply through a three-tiered stock network.
Manufacturer warranty
The warranty comes from the manufacturer and takes effect through authorised installation. Unauthorised installation voids that assurance.
Trained technical staff
Our team completes manufacturer training on GiantKONE control systems, drive units and safety circuits.
Control system access
We have authorised access to manufacturer service tools for fault diagnosis, parameter setting and software updates.
Regulatory compliance
The CE declaration, TS EN 81-20/50 conformity and Lifts Regulation requirements are handed over with the installation file.

You do not need to call separate companies for product, installation, maintenance and faults. There is one contract and one responsibility.
