Maintenance packages
GiantKONE Care™ maintenance packages come in three tiers. Every unit is registered with its own network identification code, its operating data is monitored and the maintenance schedule is built around usage intensity.
Comparison
Which package suits you?
The choice depends on your building's usage intensity and the downtime you can accept when a fault occurs. An apartment block and a metro station are not managed with the same package.

How maintenance runs
The modular preventive maintenance approach
Instead of applying the same checklist to every lift, a maintenance schedule is built around the equipment type and real usage data.
Equipment registration
Each unit is entered with its own network identification code, recording brand, model, installation year and floor data.
Usage analysis
Daily trip count, travel distance and door cycles are monitored to identify components with a high wear rate.
Schedule setup
Maintenance modules are sequenced by usage intensity, so which module is applied at each visit is known in advance.
Reporting
At the end of each visit the work done, parts replaced and recommendations are shared in writing.
In Turkiye lifts must be under contract with a maintenance company and inspected once a year by an authorised inspection body. Without a maintenance contract the risk of a red label at periodic inspection increases.
The legal minimum is one visit per month. In heavily used buildings, hospitals and public transport facilities this frequency is increased. We set the schedule from the equipment's real usage data.
Yes. We also sign maintenance contracts for lifts of other brands across the Marmara Region. For operations requiring control system access we work in coordination with that brand's authorised service.
Entrapment calls take priority in all cases. In the Plus and Premium packages the response time is committed contractually; the duration is set by the building's location and stated explicitly in the quotation.
The NOVA control system operates as an IoT node. Door cycles, motor temperature and error codes are monitored, so a component approaching failure is identified from the trend and can be replaced before it fails.
