What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember you, keep your preferences and make basic functions work.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. The only strictly necessary cookie we use is the PHP session cookie (PHPSESSID). It is used to validate the security token (CSRF) on the contact form and to prevent repeated submissions; it is deleted when you close your browser and carries no information that identifies you.

Analytics cookies

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are used on this site. Fonts and all images are served from our own server; no external content delivery network or third-party tracking service is contacted.

Third-party content

The map area on the contact page loads from Google Maps only when configured, in which case Google's own cookies may come into play. Our social media links are plain links rather than embedded content, so no data reaches those platforms unless you click them.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the contact form will not be able to complete its security check and submissions will fail; the rest of the site continues to work normally.

Form data

Information you submit through the contact and quotation forms reaches our team by email and is kept in a log file on our server. For details of how this data is processed, see Privacy notice (KVKK).

Security

Site traffic is encrypted with a TLS certificate. Form submissions are protected by a CSRF token, a honeypot field and rate limiting. Even so, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we recommend not sharing sensitive information through the form.
