Overview
The GVN series home lifts are designed for mid- and high-end villas, townhouses and duplex apartments. They need no machine room and have best-in-class pit depth and low headroom requirements. They run on a standard 220 V single-phase supply and their daily energy consumption is lower than that of a refrigerator. In the event of a power cut the car automatically travels to the nearest floor and opens its doors.
Key features
Connects to the existing domestic electrical installation; no transformer or three-phase supply is needed.
Low headroom and a shallow pit make retrofitting into existing homes possible.
With the standard emergency backup power supply the car moves to the nearest floor and opens the doors; an outdoor rescue device is optional.
Daily energy consumption stays below that of a domestic refrigerator, with lighting and fan switching off automatically in standby.

Machine room-less home lift
A home lift with permanent magnet synchronous gearless drive serving up to six stops and 18 metres of travel. It is the preferred model for multi-storey villas.

Compact home lift
An entry-level home lift serving up to five stops, fitting into tight spaces with more compact shaft dimensions.
