Installation management

Scaffold-free installation technology shortens time on site and reduces safety risks. We manage the process from survey to commissioning under a single contract.

Scaffold-free installation

Installation without erecting a shaft scaffold

Conventional installation requires a scaffold to be erected through the full height of the shaft, which takes days on site and increases the risk of working at height. In scaffold-free installation the car platform is used as the working floor and the installation progresses from the bottom upwards.

The result is a shorter installation period, less material traffic, the ability to share the shaft with other trades and a markedly lower risk of accidents.

  • Reduced time working at height
  • No scaffold material carried into the shaft
  • Ability to work in parallel with other trades
  • Shorter installation duration
  • Less need for on-site material storage

Project management

From contract to handover

A single responsible person is assigned to each project. We build the lift installation programme together with your construction schedule and see delay risks in advance.

Shaft dimension check

Shaft dimensions are verified on site before production, so any difference between drawing and as-built is resolved before manufacture.

Permitting and compliance

Notifications under the Lifts Regulation, registration procedures and the first periodic inspection appointment are all tracked by us.

Site coordination

Direct coordination with other contractors for shaft handover date, power supply and machine room preparation.

Occupational safety

The safety plan, equipment inspection records and site briefings are all run within the OHSAS 18001 framework.

Testing and commissioning

Load test, brake test, levelling adjustment, door safety and verification of emergency scenarios.

Handover file

The CE declaration of conformity, user manual, maintenance instructions, warranty certificate and wiring diagrams are handed over complete.

Consult us at the design stage

Shaft dimensions, headroom and pit depth are fixed in the architectural design. Consulting us at that stage prevents surprises that would later require structural changes. Choosing a machine room-less platform can also free up significant roof space.

Free site survey and quotation for your project

Let us prepare the most suitable elevator configuration based on your shaft dimensions, number of floors and traffic demand. Our survey service is free of charge throughout the Marmara Region.
